Sometimes we have to search inside our heart to find what drives us to keep living. When you take your life and look at it for yourself, and no one else, you can start to realize what you truly want. Sometimes we get so clouded by what society wants us to chase and pursue. What is it you live for? Do you feel yourself being called to a greater cause? What makes you wake up every day and go about your life?
I think we have it all wrong. We are here for a purpose, and that is to change the world for the better. I feel since the beginning of time, all we have done is prolong the problem. Somewhere in the mix we got caught up in fighting over stupid things. I don't think fighting is ever justified except for when its fighting for what is right. This leaves us at the question of defining what right is.
Next time your outside take a second to just stop and look at the biggest tree you can find. Even something that big starts out as something so small. A seed gives births to something larger and more meaningful. We are very similar to trees. We are put here with the tools we need to grow and have an impact on the world around us, we just sometimes choose to not use them. If you ever find yourself upset over feeling alone, know that we are all in this together. We are all family, no matter how diverse.
If yours struggling to find something to put your faith in, look no further than yourself. I have faith in you, and together we can all make a change. There is more to life than people are currently seeing.
